Brazilian Touch Dinner & Show has been Brisbane's favorite entertainment destination amongts both locals and tourists for the past 10 years.The show was discovered by Alex Lima in 2001 who's passion for dance and food sparked on idea to combine the 2 and Brazilian Touch was born.
The show has been staged in several locations including Fortitute Valley, Milton and West End and finally we are very excited about our permanet move to the Valley in January 2012.
New Year has inspired us to improve and reinvent our Dinner & Show with new menu, style of service, show programm and venue. To celebrate we are running a promotion in February, only $49 for Brazilian BBQ served All You Can Eat & Vibrant Show. So come and enjoy a touch of Brazil.
OUR CUISINE
Authentic Churrasco
Churrasco, pronounced Chu-rra-sco, is a 400 year old barbecue method once made popular by Native Americans. The meats were typicallly heavily salted and spun over the open fire until cooked to perfection. Churrasco has many variations depending on its origin. We offer authentic Brazilian BBQ, marinated in secret herbs and spices and cooked until meats are succulent and flavoursome.

Rodizio
Is a very popular style of service in Brazil where you pay a fixed price and enjoy 'All You Can Eat' food which is offered continuously until wait staff are convinced you are satisfied. We love our food that much that we invented a style of service to match our passion for it.
Our BBQ is served in 3 stages: 1. selection of Brazilian Appetizers 2. Sides to accompany the Churrasco carved in front of you 3. Dessert to finish
